A high intensity brand of physical conditioning that combines all elements of strength and cardiovascular fitness and places them within a sequential framework of training. Each workout is highly intense and always different. The sessions are fast fierce and angry! The results are quick and long lasting. All potential clients must undergo a fitness assessment prior to being accepted as a client.

Fitness Assessment



Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. The fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.

The Fitness assessment measures:

  • Anthropometric Mesurements

  • BMI (Body Mass Index)

Tracking Results
